What if I want to make a change?


Answer:

Please note that once we receive your confirmed web order, no changes can be made to it online.

If you forgot to add any items to your cart, you will need to put another order in for it - we will not assess the low order fee for any add-ons. If you need to make any other changes, please email or call us.

We can make any change up until 10 days before the date you've asked to get your flowers. That includes cancelling part or all of your order without penalty. After that we'll do our best to accommodate any changes but cannot guarantee due to supply and shipping constraints. If you need additional flowers above the amount you ordered, we may be able to accomodate by using FedEx to expidite the shipping. In the event we have to use FedEx, there will be an additional freight charge. We will notify you what the charge will be before we secure your flowers.
