What if something I order isn't available?


Answer:

There are occasions when either flowers are not available or we get notified by the grower that there is a quality concern. We will contact you regarding any issues with your order by either email or the telephone number you provide. Please make sure that sales@renowholesaleflowers.com is marked as safe sender and that your voice mailbox is not full.Please pay careful attention to each flower's availability. We show all flowers on the website whether they are currently in-season or not. Why? We have customers either planning or ordering for events many months out. If there is no substitute we will promptly credit your credit card for what we can't get.
