We know things can change, so you can cancel an order and receive full refund if you notify us 18 days before the date that you've asked to get your flowers. If you give us less notice, we may or may not be able to cancel the flowers - any refund will be subject to a $50 fee.
In the unlikey event that a quality issue shows up after you've gotten your flowers please notify us within 48 hours after pickup/delivery so that we can either replace the flowers or issue you a credit. We may ask for the flowers to be returned so that the issue can be brought to the attention of our grower.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, Reno Wholesale Flowers will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the flowers needing credit. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
