Frequently Asked Questions

Can the public buy from Reno Wholesale Flowers, or do I need a tax ID?

Yes, we are open to the general public. You do not need a business license, tax ID, or floral permit to purchase our bulk flowers at wholesale prices. We empower DIY brides and event planners to buy professional-grade blooms directly from the source.

For Industry Professionals: If you hold a valid Nevada Resale License, you can apply for a Professional Account to unlock tax-exempt purchasing and tiered volume discounts. Public customers also get access to our Floral Design Center to use professional tools and coolers—no license required!

Do you accept last-minute or "rush" orders?
Yes, we can often fill orders as soon as the next day, provided the flowers are currently in stock. If you require a specialty flower that we do not regularly carry and there is not enough lead time for our regular trucks, we can fly them in via FedEx. Please note that FedEx rush fees will apply to these overnight specialty shipments.
Can I request specific flower varieties that are out of season?
Yes. Since we source internationally from both hemispheres, flowers out of season in Nevada may be available elsewhere. However, please be aware that out-of-season flowers typically command a higher price due to limited global availability and high demand. We will provide a custom quote for these specialty requests.
How do I use the Floral Design Center?

Our Design Center is a professional workspace equipped with the tools and coolers you need. To ensure a station is available for your DIY party, you must reserve your space ahead of time.

The Floral Design Center rental is free of charge. We do not charge for the use of the space, tool usage, or cooler storage for our customers.

Can I hire a professional designer to help me?
Yes! You can hire a professional wedding designer to work alongside you at the Floral Design Center. This is perfect for help with technical pieces like bridal bouquets. Important: You must reserve your designer ahead of time to ensure they are available for your scheduled design session.
What is a "Bulk Order Blueprint"?
Our Recipe Service (Bulk Order Blueprint) costs $100. Our experts calculate exactly how many stems and bunches you need based on your specific vision and vessel sizes so you can order with total certainty.
Do you offer delivery to Reno, Tahoe, or surrounding areas?
Yes, we offer custom delivery quotes. We frequently deliver to Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Lake Tahoe, Gardnerville, and Fernley. We have even delivered as far as Mammoth Lakes and Winters, CA.
How do I keep my bulk flowers fresh until my event?
Keep them in a cool, dark area away from drafts and remove all foliage below the water line. When designing, trim the stem and immediately insert it into water. Never let a fresh-cut stem sit on a dry table.
Do I need to bring my own buckets for pickup?
Orders are prepared in buckets at our Floral Design Center. You can bring your own 5-gallon buckets, but we highly recommend purchasing our professional $6 buckets. This ensures your flowers are in a sanitized, professional environment for the trip home.
What is your cancellation policy?

10+ Days Notice: Full Refund.

Less than 10 Days Notice: 50% Refund (if we can cancel with the grower).

Within 72 Hours: No cancellations or refunds, as flowers are already in transit from our global farms.
